Standards of the product techniques: “Vacuum powder zinc impregnation”, the manufacture techniques standard of our company is accorded with or superior to the following standards: ISO standard:ISO3768-76(E). “Zinc impregnation product on iron”, British Standard:BS4921-88(E). “Zinc impregnation product on iron”, Mechanical industry Standard, P.R..China:JB5067-91. Quality characteristics of the products: The appearance of the products is silver-white, neat, smooth, free of tubercle and burr. The thicdness of zinc impregnation coating can be controlled. In the range of 10 110 micron, the thickness can be controlled under the clients requirement. The error is less than ±10%. The coating is uniform in thickness even in the screw thread, blind hole, rotating place and other places. The coating is tinght, adherent to the steel substrate. The zinc impregnation coating has higher corrosion resistance, longer life in seawater and elevated temperature conditions, and higher hardness; higher wear resistance than that of immersion zinc coating. The zinc impregnation coating is very compatible with paint and plastic,and the adhesion between them is approached to the first grade of ISO standard. There is no hydrogernembitterment in the zinc impregnation process. The mechanical performance of steel matrix is not affected by the zinc coating.
